What I love most about my work is inviting people to be curious about food – to explore why, how and what they eat.
One of my favorite ways to do this is by teaching and feeding them through engaging cooking demonstrations.
I’m a Certified Culinary Nutrition Expert through the Academy of Culinary Nutrition and have learned through that program how to make nourishing food look amazing and taste delicious. All of my recipes are dairy-free and gluten-free, as I’ve learned that my body feels best when I eat that way.
