Adding more plants in to our diet is a great way to naturally lose weight, detox, reduce inflammation, halt premature aging, boost energy, improve our skin, and fight disease.
Although I eat mostly plants, I find that including some high quality, ethically raised animal products in my diet works best for me and my body, but I encourage you to experiment to determine what works best for you.
